Know Your Customer (KYC)

Filbit is required to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawals. Account Security

• Filbit reserves the right to request verification documents before crediting unusually large deposits.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your Filbit account.

5 Betting Rules and Wager Settlement

General Bet Rules

11 Account Suspension and Closure

Filbit reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to use of stolen payment details or identity fraud.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Filbit may forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (such as inactivity), any remaining balance will be returned to the player through their verified payment method after identity confirmation.

You may close your own Filbit account at any time by contacting support. Closing your account does not affect any legal obligations that arose prior to closure, including any outstanding withdrawal requests or KYC requirements.

12 Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute about any aspect of your Filbit experience, please follow this process:

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision shall be interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if necessary, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
